Holy cow. I had no idea how much of a challenge this was going to be! We bought a Buzz Lightyear guy as a reward that sat on top of the toilet for a month before Jaxson was ready to start trying. He was so excited to get to wear his elmo underwear and stop wearing diapers! After a couple of weeks, we have the potty part down great, but if anyone had tips for the other part, please send them my way! Anyway, I feel like I deserve a medal (or a vacation, I'll take either one).
