Say hello to my little friend...

Wyatt just went in for a checkup, and he is off-the-charts small. Like, line up 100 babies, and he isn't even a part of the line. Not a big shocker, because we see him next to babies his age all the time, and he is obviously small for his age. I didn't realize how tiny he is though - he hasn't gained any weight in the last 5 months. He's 14 months old and barely 18 lbs. Jaxson has always been on the small side, and Mark and I are obviously not joining any basketball teams anytime soon, but even for us he is too small. They told us to start giving him pediasure, and they'll check him again in a month to see if he is doing better.

Here is the deal -he eats, and he isn't very picky. He just won't eat very much at a time. He is still drinking bottles of whole milk, but that apparently is just not doing the trick. So here is my question to all of you mom's out there - what high calorie foods do your kid's love? Any ideas you have will be appreciated!

VIRUS

We have had non-stop fun in the form of fevers, runny noses, and coughs at our house. I swear, with little kids, the SECOND they get better from one thing, they pick another thing up. And give it to eachother. And then to me. Luckily, Mark is a freak of nature and hardly ever gets sick. He will get the same cold I have had for two weeks and it only affects him for a day.

The computer has been sick, too. Somehow it got (another) virus, this time from an email attachment I think. It was one that was designed to scare you into buying some bogus anti-virus software, which I was totally trying to buy (because it really, really looked like windows was telling me to buy it! I fell for it). Luckily for me, my computer (as a safety thing?) wouldn't let me on the internet, so I couldn't purchase the bogus software. Take that, stupid virus!! These make me so mad because seriously, who is sitting around creating these crappy viruses just to ruin other people's lives for the heck of it?! WHO?! I wish I knew.

Anyway, sick and computer-less, this is what we've been doing in our spare time:

Enjoying a movie (Star Wars this week) in his "hut".
Devastated because after tearing the hut down 4 or
5 times he finally got locked out of the room...
Wishing you all good health from our house to yours!
